Welfare First

All scouting activities must prioritize the physical, emotional, and financial well-being of the player. Members shall not enter agreements that exploit minor players.

Full Disclosure

Scouts must declare any financial interest, agency affiliation, or representation agreements. Unregistered payments or hidden commissions are strictly prohibited.

Objectivity

Evaluators must remain neutral. A scout shall not accept payment to write biased reports, nor represent clubs and players simultaneously without explicit, written consent.

Age Verification

Scouting reports must contain accurate biometric data, verified age documentation, and honest performance history. Age falsification is grounds for membership revocation.

Enforcement

The AFSA Ethics Committee reviews all complaints independently. Scouts found violating these principles face disciplinary actions, including public suspension from our register.
